For Moler Niš, we built a website and a local SEO foundation from scratch, with one focus: getting the phone to ring before a competitor reaches the same customer.
The value of this site comes down to solving one very specific problem: a tradesman who knows the difference between five types of filler and three paint brands, completely invisible to anyone searching for exactly that distinction online. Every decision on the site, from the order of services to the words in a headline, served that one goal.
It wasn't enough for the site to look nice. It had to be something Google recognized, and something a stranger with a stain on their ceiling could find in ten seconds.
A trade that doesn't fit in one sentence
Before a single line of copy was written, research went into what people in Niš actually type into Google when they need a painter: painting a flat, plastering a wall, painting a facade, a damp stain on the ceiling. Each phrase carries a different problem and a different level of urgency, and the site had to be split the same way.
Six services got six separate pages, each with its own description of the process and its own price. The pages also list which paint brands are used, Jub, Zvezda Helios, Caparol, Beckers, Djordjevic Boje, because someone looking for a specific brand shouldn't have to guess whether the painter even carries it.
Every service page repeats the same pattern: what it includes, then the price or a range, then a call to action. Working across several brands and six kinds of jobs, a consistent structure is the only way a visitor doesn't give up halfway through reading.
When load time becomes part of the trade's reputation
A hundred out of a hundred on the mobile PageSpeed test isn't something you'd expect from a local tradesman's site, that's a level usually reserved for big brands with entire development teams. Here it means the page is fully on screen before someone even finishes putting their phone down.
Call buttons are large and reachable with a thumb on first touch, and the mobile layout carries the same information as desktop, not a stripped-down version. The Google Business Profile and business details have matched everywhere the site is mentioned since the day it launched.
A service nobody admits to doing
Damp treatment stood out as work almost every painter in the city actually does, but rarely acknowledges as a real, standalone service. It usually gets mentioned in passing, tacked onto a painting job, a single sentence at best.
For someone typing "damp wall Niš" into Google at night, the results are surprisingly empty, even though it's work that happens somewhere in the city every month. It got its own page, following the real order of the process: cause first, then treatment and a sealing coat, only then filling and repainting.
That specific, technical tone, instead of a vague "we fix damp problems," is currently one of the few serious answers in Niš for that search. As long as the rest of the competition ignores it, that page has no one to share the top spot with.
The coverage area, and what comes next
Moler Niš covers Niš and the surrounding area, including Niška Banja, Medijana, Pantelej, and Crveni Krst, and that coverage is stated clearly on the site instead of assumed. The site has only just launched, so call numbers are something the next few months will measure, not this one.
What's already on the ground is pages built around real searches instead of guesswork, a technical setup that won't need retrofitting later, and content that covers work the rest of the local competition simply skips. A reputation built over a decade of fieldwork finally has a place online where it shows.
